Biography

Data Scientist, originally trained in biotechnology and neurosciences, with broad experience in solving problems, analyzing and communicating data from a variety of sources.

I enjoy solving problems: I have learned to firstly ask the right question, then cutting down this large and complex question into portions of manageable sized tasks. This process requires a constant learning with adaptation, which I enjoy and am efficient at.

I have programming skills and statistical knowledge and I can offer a range of skills of project conception and management, basic python programming, communication, meeting frequent deadlines. I also personally appreciate interacting with people, creating new bounds for collaboration and communication about projects to several publics.

Ready for my new career challenge in a dynamic group in the area of Stockholm! I am open for long or short-term contract, internship and consulting.

I arrived in Stockholm after being selected for a postdoctoral position in the Novo Nordisk postdoctoral programme at Karolinska Institutet. I did my Ph.D. in a dynamic team in Strasbourg, but also in a collaborative environment with Ulm in Germany and other countries. During my four years of PhD, my work led to two first author papers in High Impact Journal and I also collaborated to other PhD’s projects leading to the publication of other papers. A part of my research project, which is still not published, have led to an European patent application about treating weight loss in Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis.

With the opportunity of supervising several times technician students, I could improved my management skills.

My involvement in work, and also in different sport clubs, developed my capacities in communication. I like working in a dynamic group with world-wide collaborations, but I am also able to work independently.
